International Students Explore Da Nang’s Technology Ecosystem at Software Park No. 2
📍 Danang Incentive Research Summer Camp 2025

As part of the Danang Incentive Research Summer Camp 2025, co-organized by the Vietnam-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK) and Crimson Education, representatives from the Da Nang Semiconductor and AI Center (DSAC) attended the opening ceremony held on the morning of Sunday, June 29, 2025.

This year’s program gathers middle and high school students (grades 7–12) from various provinces in Vietnam and abroad. Participants engage in academic enrichment, hands-on scientific research, and guided exploration of scientific topics—an initiative designed to ignite curiosity, sharpen critical thinking, and prepare students for global learning environments.

🎓 DSAC Welcomes Students to Explore Da Nang Software Park No. 2

On the afternoon of July 1, 2025, DSAC hosted a field trip for student participants at Da Nang Software Park No. 2, a key high-tech zone being developed as the city’s future innovation district.

Within the park, the 20-story ICT Tower is nearing completion and is set to become a High-Performance Computing Center, supporting advanced research, training, and data-intensive applications.

Mr. Lê Hoàng Phúc, Director of DSAC, welcomed the group with a presentation on DSAC’s mission, current projects, and future development vision. His talk provided a comprehensive overview of the local technology ecosystem—including infrastructure, advanced equipment, startup incubation spaces, talent development programs, and enterprise partnerships. This gave students valuable insights into the broader innovation landscape that Da Nang is shaping.

The tour continued with visits to the DSAC computer lab—home to training programs—and the FPT Semiconductor office, where students had the opportunity to explore the chip manufacturing process “from sand to silicon” in a modern and inspiring environment.

This activity is part of the program’s broader experiential learning component, aimed at connecting students with real-world technology environments and bridging the gap between education and high-tech research and production in the region.
