The Integrated Circuit Design Competition for Smart Cities is an annual event hosted by the Saigon Hi-Tech Park Management Board. The Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang (through its affiliated unit, the DSAC Center) is responsible for organizing the preliminary rounds in the Central region. The competition contributes to strengthening the “Triple Helix+” linkage and promoting the development of young human resources in the semiconductor and high-tech sectors in Viet Nam.
