The Opening Ceremony of Google for Startups: AI Solutions Lab 2025 at Da Nang Software Park No. 2
On the morning of August 26 2025, Google, in collaboration with the National Innovation Center (NIC) and DSAC Center, officially opened the Google for Startups: AI Solutions Lab 2025 program in Da Nang City. The program has received a lot of attention with 110 teams registering to participate, 50 teams with unique ideas have been selected by Google to participate in the 4-day hackathon series in Da Nang. The event took place from August 26 to 29, 2025, marking a large-scale AI hackathon activity for the Vietnamese startup community.

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee, Mr. Ho Quang Buu affirmed that the Google for Startups: AI Solutions Lab program is of great significance, contributing to making Da Nang a leading center for innovation and technology in the region.
The first day of the program included an overview of GenAI, Agents, Skills for transforming raw ideas into specific concepts, as well as an overview of Tech Stack and practice setting up Google Cloud.
Google for Startups: AI Solutions Lab is not just a hackathon, but also a launching pad for Vietnamese technology startups to confidently step into the global market. With the support of Google, NIC and DSAC, the program contributes to affirming Da Nang as a destination for innovation and high technology, and marks an important step forward in the journey to create an innovative, sustainable and internationally integrated startup ecosystem.
