📑 On the morning of July 24, 2026, within the framework of the working session between the leaders of Da Nang City and the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA), the Da Nang Semiconductor and AI Center (DSAC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SSIA at the Da Nang City Administrative Center. The cooperation agreement aims to promote human resource development, R&D, enhance business connectivity, innovation, and the development of the semiconductor industry ecosystem between the 02 sides.
📅 Following the program, DSAC organized the Da Nang – Singapore Semiconductor Industry Organizations and Enterprises Networking Program with the participation of the SSIA delegation, consisting of 13 delegates led by Mr. Ang Wee Seng, Chief Executive Officer of SSIA, along with representatives from semiconductor value chain companies such as Siemens, Infineon Technologies, Marvell, Curve Semiconductors, ELH Tech, OneSystems Technologies, and VSMC. On the Da Nang side, the program was attended by Mr. Le Son Phong, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology, representatives from the Da Nang Specific Economic Zones Authority (DSEZA), representatives from The University of Danang – University of Science and Technology, FPT University Da Nang, Nguyen Van Troi College, VSAP LAB Joint Stock Company, and other organizations in the city.
💬 At the program, delegates discussed the semiconductor industry ecosystems of Da Nang and Singapore, support mechanisms and policies, human resource development orientations, and cooperation needs among organizations and enterprises. This also provided an opportunity for the parties to expand their networks, seek partners, and promote practical cooperation activities in the future.
🤝 Through the program, DSAC expects to strengthen connections among organizations, educational institutions, and enterprises of Da Nang and Singapore; expand cooperation in human resource development and the semiconductor industry ecosystem, contributing to the goal of making Da Nang a high-tech center in the region.
