On the afternoon of May 20, 2026, the Da Nang Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligence Center (DSAC) successfully organized the Q2 2026 Meeting and Dialogue Conference between Da Nang City leaders and the semiconductor and artificial intelligence business community.

The conference aimed to create a platform for discussion and exchange on orientations and solutions for developing the city’s semiconductor and AI ecosystem, while strengthening connections among government agencies, educational institutions, research institutes, enterprises, and experts in high technology, green technology, and digital technology sectors.

The event welcomed 70 delegates, including Mr. Ho Quang Buu – Member of the Da Nang Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee; leaders of the Department of Science and Technology; representatives from universities, colleges, research institutes; and businesses and experts operating in semiconductor, AI, and high-tech industries.

During the conference, representatives from SIOUX High-Tech Software Co., Ltd., XINKGROUP Joint Stock Company, and Nguyen Van Troi College presented keynote discussions focusing on investment promotion, research, technology application and transfer, as well as proposing practical mechanisms and policies to support the city’s development goals.

In the discussion session, city leaders directly listened to and acknowledged recommendations related to policies, shared infrastructure, AI sandbox environments, R&D support, human resource development, investment connection, and market expansion. Relevant agencies were also assigned to continue supporting and addressing difficulties faced by enterprises.

The conference contributed to enhancing the effectiveness of the “Triple Partnership” cooperation model among Government – Universities – Enterprises, promoting stronger linkages between training and practical industry needs, as well as between research, application, and the market. The event also reflected the city leadership’s commitment to accompanying and supporting the business community towards the goal of developing Da Nang into a regional hub for semiconductor and artificial intelligence industries in the coming years.
