🚀 LAUNCH CEREMONY OF THE 2026 CENTRAL VIETNAM FPGA & MCU DESIGN COMPETITION

On the morning of June 29, 2026, the 2026 Central Vietnam FPGA & MCU Design Competition was officially launched, marking the beginning of a specialized technology competition for students passionate about electronics, embedded systems, and semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) design.

From 22 teams in its inaugural season in 2025, this year’s competition has expanded across Central Vietnam, attracting 45 registered teams from universities and colleges throughout the region. This remarkable growth reflects the increasing interest among students in FPGA, MCU, and the rapidly evolving semiconductor industry.

🎁 A highlight of the Launch Ceremony was the presentation of FPGA development kits donated by Gowin Semiconductor and OneKiwi Technology to educational institutions across the region. These devices will support teaching, research, and hands-on student projects, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice while demonstrating the companies’ commitment to developing the semiconductor talent ecosystem in Central Vietnam.
