Following an engaging morning session featuring high-level discussions with leaders from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Da Nang People’s Committee, and experts from Google, KPMG, and Aitomatic, the afternoon session shifts focus to a foundational element in AI development: technology infrastructure.

While the morning addressed national and local AI strategies, applications in smart cities, public administration, education, and tourism—as well as Da Nang’s vision to become a regional AI startup hub—the afternoon deep-dives into the critical infrastructure required to make these ambitions a reality.

💡 This thematic session will bring together top technology experts from NVIDIA, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, IPTP Networks, Orochi Network, alongside leading domestic digital infrastructure providers including Viettel IDC, Mobifone, and VDI.

🔍 Key Highlights:

• Global insights on AI data center development, cross-border infrastructure connectivity, cloud GPUs, and AI sovereignty
• Optimizing IT architecture for high-performance AI: GPU, DPU, Infiniband, and transparent blockchain technologies
• The government’s role in promoting infrastructure sharing, open data, and support for startups and research institutes
• Proposals for public–private partnership models to build flexible, shared, and sustainable AI infrastructure for Da Nang

🧠 The session will also feature a roundtable discussion with voices from the startup, academic, and tech communities—focusing on policy, investment, and data integration to support an open infrastructure foundation and a vibrant AI ecosystem.

🤝 The event will conclude with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing between DSAC and key partners Mobifone and Skyline, marking a significant milestone in the practical implementation of AI infrastructure initiatives in Da Nang.
