Graduation of the Semiconductor English Course at DSAC

The Da Nang Semiconductor and AI Center (DSAC) has concluded the course “English for Semiconductors: Professional Communication and Personal Branding.” The 5-week program, with the participation of 32 students, was directly taught by Mr. Mark Filshie, an expert with 18 years of experience in senior technology recruitment across Asia.

From the outset, many students had to reacquaint themselves with the very basics of communication and interviewing in English. Throughout the five weeks, participants were trained through a structured curriculum covering: authentic storytelling, international-standard CV building, STAR method interview practice, LinkedIn profile optimization, and professional communication skills in a global working environment. Each session combined group communication practice, mock interviews, and one-on-one interview coaching with the instructor. With continuous hands-on training, detailed guidance, and personalized feedback after every class, all students showed remarkable progress by the end of the course: becoming more confident in interviews, more professional in CV writing, and more polished in presenting their personal brand on LinkedIn.

The course has equipped students with practical tools to enter the international workplace, ready to join leading technology corporations such as NVIDIA, Synopsys, Intel, Marvell, Microsoft, and FPT. At the same time, it stands as a testament to DSAC’s commitment to developing a high-quality semiconductor and AI workforce, globally integrated and professionally trained, contributing to Da Nang’s aspiration to become a new technology hub of the region.
