DSAC WELCOMES AND WORKS WITH THE GLOBAL ELECTRONICS ASSOCIATION (GEA)

Recently, the Da Nang Semiconductor and AI Center (DSAC) welcomed and held a working session with Mr. Gaurab Majumdar, Vice President for India and Southeast Asia at the Global Electronics Association (GEA). GEA is an international organization representing the global electronics industry, with more than 3,000 member companies and an extensive partner network operating across various segments of the electronics value chain, including design, semiconductors, printed circuit boards, electronics manufacturing, and assembly.

📌 During the meeting, DSAC shared information about the policies and strategic orientations of Da Nang City in developing the semiconductor and artificial intelligence sectors, as well as programs supporting enterprises, human resource development, and the establishment of the city’s high-tech innovation ecosystem.
💡 Representatives from GEA also introduced the association’s global network and its activities in industry connection, training, and international certification within the global electronics industry.
🤝 Both sides discussed various topics related to the development trends of the electronics and semiconductor industries, while exchanging experiences on collaboration models among enterprises, educational institutions, and international organizations. The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to gain a deeper understanding of each other’s orientations, capabilities, and cooperation needs, thereby opening up potential opportunities for future collaboration.
