On May 28, 2025, DSAC participated in a working session with Network 20/20 at the Da Nang Center for Innovation and Startup Support, chaired by Mr. Võ Đức Anh – Deputy Director of the Center.

The meeting welcomed representatives from key city agencies including the Da Nang Special Economic Zones Authority, the Da Nang Investment Promotion Center, the Institute for Socio-Economic Development, and several private innovation-driven companies.

Network 20/20, based in New York City, is an independent international community that brings together emerging and experienced global leaders to foster open dialogues on foreign policy and generate innovative solutions to global challenges. The delegation’s visit to Vietnam marks the 30th anniversary of Vietnam–U.S. diplomatic relations and the 2nd year of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. As part of its “Vietnam Entrepreneurial Diplomacy Delegation” program, Network 20/20 is engaging with public and private partners across Hanoi, Da Nang, Hue, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho from May 23 to June 2, 2025.

During the session, key Da Nang institutions shared valuable insights:

🔹 The Da Nang Center for Innovation and Startup Support presented a video introducing the city’s comprehensive innovation ecosystem;
🔹 The Da Nang Investment Promotion Center highlighted the city’s priority sectors for investment, including technology, finance, education, and healthcare;
🔹 The Institute for Socio-Economic Development shared updates on strategic research projects and proposals for international collaboration.

Representing DSAC, Ms. Quynh Anh Le, Acting Head of Research and International Cooperation, introduced the city’s incentive policies and DSAC’s three core missions:

  • Facilitating international investment connections;
  • Promoting high-quality workforce development;
  • Supporting and incubating a high-tech startup ecosystem.

DSAC expressed its interest in partnering with Network 20/20 to expand cross-sector dialogue, enhance mutual understanding, and co-develop initiatives bridging the private sector with foreign policy in advanced technologies.

This event marks an important step toward deeper collaboration between Da Nang and the global leadership community, helping integrate Vietnam’s tech ecosystem into the international innovation landscape.
