DSAC Officially Relocates to Its New Office on the 4th Floor – Da Nang Software Park No. 2

On January 16, 2025, the Da Nang Center for IC Design and Artificial Intelligence Research & Training (DSAC) officially relocated its headquarters to the 4th floor of Da Nang Software Park No. 2, located on Nhu Nguyet Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.

This relocation marks an important milestone in DSAC’s journey to consolidate its organizational structure, enhance infrastructure, and expand its operations. It aligns with the Center’s vision of becoming a leading hub for research, training, and enterprise collaboration in semiconductors and artificial intelligence (AI) in Central Vietnam and nationwide.

A New Base for Growth – Expanding Networks and Advancing High-Tech Development

The new headquarters, located in Da Nang Software Park No. 2, is one of the city’s largest technology complexes. With over 90,000 m² of floor space, it can accommodate more than 6,000 technology professionals and provides a modern workspace for startups, tech companies, research centers, training activities, and events.

Relocating to this prime location enhances DSAC’s capacity to operate efficiently while expanding its ability to welcome, support, and connect businesses within Da Nang’s high-tech ecosystem.

Policy Momentum – A Boost for the Semiconductor and AI Sectors

The relocation coincides with the implementation of a new set of preferential policies tailored for enterprises in the semiconductor and AI industries in Da Nang, effective from January 2025.

These policies include practical incentives such as:

• Personal income tax exemptions,

• Subsidized office space rental,

• Preferential credit programs,

• Support for recruitment and workforce training.

This strategic move is expected to create strong momentum for attracting high-tech enterprises to invest and grow in Da Nang.
