On June 6, 2025, at the Danang City Administrative Center, the city’s leadership met with a delegation of 80 international experts and tech enterprises as part of Super Vietnam 2025 – Vietnam Blockchain & AI Week.
This milestone event concluded an impressive journey that welcomed nearly 3,000 participants, featured over 100 international speakers, and hosted numerous deep-dive discussions on Blockchain, AI, Web3, and Innovation.
This expert network is poised to become a strategic advisory force supporting Danang in building its digital technology and financial ecosystem.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ho Ky Minh – Executive Vice Chairman of Danang People’s Committee – emphasized that semiconductors, AI, and cloud computing are among the city’s strategic pillars under Resolution 57-NQ/TW, alongside the goal of positioning Danang as a regional digital financial and innovation hub. For Blockchain — still an emerging field in Vietnam — the city is committed to working closely with the expert community and businesses to develop a sound legal framework and foster an enabling environment for sustainable growth.

Importantly, Mr. Ho Ky Minh officially invited the group of experts and businesses to participate in a Blockchain Thematic Workshop slated for August 2025 in Danang. This upcoming workshop will serve as a platform to advise the city on shaping the legal framework and policy directions for emerging technologies including Blockchain, Web3, and the future International Financial Center.
During the open dialogue, several strategic cooperation proposals were raised:
✅ Kyber Network proposed a transparent sandbox mechanism and the establishment of a technical office in Danang.
✅ Ledger (France) expressed readiness to support digital asset security technology transfer.
✅ HashKey Group (Hong Kong) shared insights on developing a robust legal framework and nurturing fintech talent.
✅ Chainsight (Dubai) proposed collaboration to develop high-quality local talent, attract global professionals, and provide funding support for innovation projects.
✅ Major corporations and investment funds such as GSR, Helix Finance, Figment, NuverxAI, Hedera Foundation, and Binance also contributed valuable ideas to accelerate Danang’s tech-finance ecosystem.
The city reaffirmed its commitment to continuously refine its special regulatory mechanisms, promote public-private dialogue, and foster a transparent, globally competitive policy environment.
Following the meeting, the delegation of experts continued with a Tech Tour of Danang Software Park No.2 — a site the city is actively developing as a technology hub for semiconductors, AI, and fintech.
