One of the most inspiring moments at AISC 2025 came during a pivotal meeting between city leaders, a Vietnamese billionaire, and a group of overseas Vietnamese semiconductor experts. The quote that resonated with the entire audience:
“They say Da Nang can’t do semiconductors—but I believe we can.”
And to prove that belief? A $10 million wire transfer was made on the spot—no equity asked—to kickstart Da Nang’s first semiconductor lab-fab.
