DSAC welcomes and works with Mitsubishi Research Institute DCS (MRI DCS) & Pascalia Group

On the morning of September 25, 2025, the Da Nang Center for Semiconductor and AI Research & Training (DSAC) welcomed and worked with representatives of Mitsubishi Research Institute DCS (MRI DCS) and Pascalia Group at the DSAC Center, 4th Floor, Da Nang Software Park No. 2. The meeting focused on Da Nang’s semiconductor and AI ecosystem, as well as discussions on investment incentives, infrastructure conditions, and directions for collaboration in training and research & development.

In the introductory session, DSAC presented an overview of Da Nang’s support mechanisms for high-tech investors, highlighting corporate income tax incentives, land/space rental policies, and one-stop administrative procedures that help accelerate project deployment. In parallel, DSAC introduced the ready-to-use premises at Da Nang Software Park No. 2, offering flexible space for offices, R&D centers, and solution centers, together with digital infrastructure that meets operational standards. DSAC also showcased semiconductor and AI training programs designed in partnership with industry and closely connected with universities to ensure a high-quality local talent pipeline.

MRI DCS, a member company of the Mitsubishi Group established in 1970 in Tokyo, specializes in IT services and system integration, covering consulting, system design, software development, operations, data management, and BPO. Founded in 1988, Pascalia Group has expanded into Southeast Asia through Pascalia Asia Inc. since 2015, with a presence in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, and Vientiane. The company brings a team of experts and a broad partner network, delivering capabilities in digital transformation, cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity, and AI solutions such as image processing, chatbots, and OCR.

During the discussion, both companies expressed interest in establishing a presence or investing in Da Nang, and in partnering with DSAC to pilot AI and digital transformation solutions within the local ecosystem. Both sides also recognized the potential to jointly organize training programs aligned with recruitment needs, thereby strengthening the region’s high-tech talent supply chain. The meeting took place in an open and constructive atmosphere; DSAC and the partners agreed to continue exchanging detailed materials and to coordinate site surveys at Da Nang Software Park No. 2 in preparation for subsequent steps.
