Based on Decree No. 111/2022/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2022 of the Government on contracts for certain types of work in administrative agencies and public service units;

Based on Job Position Scheme No. 07/ĐA-TTTKVMAI dated February 5, 2024 of the Da Nang Center for Research and Training in IC Design and Artificial Intelligence, approved under Decision No. 30/QĐ-STTTT dated February 5, 2024 of the Director of Da Nang Department of Information and Communications (former); Based on Official Letter No. 2104/BQL-VPĐH dated August 8, 2025 of the Management Board of Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones regarding the agreement for the Da Nang Center for Research and Training in IC Design and Artificial Intelligence to carry out recruitment within the assigned staffing quota; Based on Plan No. 214/KH-TTVM dated August 8, 2025 of the Da Nang Center for Research and Training in IC Design and Artificial Intelligence on the recruitment of contracted employees within the assigned staffing quota;

The Da Nang Center for Research and Training in IC Design and Artificial Intelligence hereby announces the recruitment of contracted employees within the assigned staffing quota as follows:

I. RECRUITMENT NEEDS

  1. Number of positions: 02 persons.

  2. Positions, number of vacancies, and specific requirements: See Appendix I attached.

II. ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Eligibility
a) General requirements:

  • Vietnamese nationality;

  • Within legal working age;

  • Physically fit for the position;

  • Clear personal background, verified by competent authorities;

  • Meets job requirements;

  • Not under investigation, criminal prosecution, or serving a sentence; not under disciplinary action, local supervision, compulsory education or rehabilitation, or banned from certain occupations;

  • Meets other legal and unit-specific criteria;

  • Meets professional qualifications required by the relevant industry and job position.

b) Specific requirements:

  • Applicants must meet the criteria set by the State and specified in Appendix I of this Announcement.

Application documents
a) Job application form (Appendix II);
b) Curriculum vitae with 4×6 cm photo, verified by a competent authority within the past 6 months;
c) Copy of birth certificate;
d) Certified copies of diplomas, certificates, and transcripts relevant to the position. For foreign-issued qualifications, documents must be translated into Vietnamese, notarized, and recognized by the Quality Management Department – Ministry of Education and Training;
e) Health certificate issued by a competent medical authority within the past 6 months.

Notes:

  • Temporary graduation certificates or course completion confirmations will not be accepted in place of official diplomas/certificates;

  • Applicants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their documents; fraudulent or invalid applications will be rejected;

  • Applications must be submitted in person; postal or third-party submissions will not be accepted;

  • Applications should be enclosed in a folder clearly stating the applicant’s full name, address, contact number, and list of attached documents;

  • Applications from unsuccessful candidates will not be returned.

III. RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA

Recruitment rounds and scoring
a) Round 1: Application screening based on the job application form and position requirements. Successful applicants proceed to Round 2.
b) Round 2: Professional and competency assessment, including:

  • English IQ test (pre-interview classification);

  • English interview to assess professional knowledge, demeanor, and communication skills.
    Interviews are scored on a 100-point scale; results are final and non-reviewable.

Selection of successful candidates
a) Candidates must score at least 50 points in Round 2 and be ranked in descending order within the quota for each position.
b) In case of a tie, the Center Director will decide.
c) Results of unsuccessful candidates will not be carried over to subsequent rounds.
