The INTENSE Scholarship Program in Taiwan is an initiative of the Ministry of Education (MOE) of Taiwan, designed to attract talented international students to study and work in Taiwan in key national priority sectors, including:

• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Finance
• Semiconductor Industry

Launched in 2024, the program prioritizes recruitment from three countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. In Vietnam, starting from April 2025, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech) serves as the lead admissions committee, coordinating with partner universities: Ming Chi University of Technology (MUST), Lunghwa University of Science and Technology (LHU), and Kun Shan University (KSU).

This program offers a valuable opportunity for Vietnamese students to pursue international career development in cutting-edge technological and industrial fields.

Key Benefits for INTENSE Scholarship Recipients:

• Tuition fee exemption for the first year (NT$100,000); second-year exemption is subject to academic performance.
• Monthly living allowance supported by sponsoring enterprises (minimum NT$10,000).
