Based on Job Position Proposal No. 07/ĐA-TTTKVMAI dated February 5, 2024, by the Danang Center for Research and Training in IC Design and Artificial Intelligence, approved by Decision No. 30/QĐ-STTTT dated February 5, 2024, by the Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Danang City;
Based on Official Dispatch No. 1023/BQL-VP dated April 25, 2025, by the Management Board of Danang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, approving the recruitment plan of the Danang Center for Research and Training in IC Design and Artificial Intelligence within the assigned staffing quota;
Based on Plan No. 112/KH-TTVM dated May 5, 2025, by the Danang Center for Research and Training in IC Design and Artificial Intelligence on labor contract recruitment within the assigned staffing quota;
The Danang Center for Research and Training in IC Design and Artificial Intelligence hereby announces its recruitment plan for labor contract positions within the assigned staffing quota as follows:
I – RECRUITMENT NEEDS
- Number of positions: 02 people.
- Positions, quantity, and specific requirements: See Appendix I (attached).
II – ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Eligibility
a) General Requirements
Individuals signing labor contracts for professional and technical roles must meet the following criteria:
- Hold Vietnamese nationality;
- Be of legal working age in accordance with labor and relevant laws;
- Be physically fit for work;
- Have a verified personal background by a competent authority;
- Be capable of meeting the job requirements;
- Not be under criminal investigation or serving any sentence, including non-custodial reform; not be under disciplinary measures such as local supervision, educational measures, compulsory rehabilitation, or banned from practicing certain professions;
- Meet other specific standards required by applicable laws and the recruiting agency;
- Satisfy all technical and professional requirements as prescribed by applicable sectoral laws.
b) Specific Requirements
In addition to the general requirements, candidates must meet the qualifications and standards for the job position as regulated by the State and specified in Appendix I of this Announcement.
2. Application Documents
a) Completed Application Form (as per Appendix II);
b) Curriculum Vitae with a 4×6 cm photo, certified by a competent authority within the last 6 months;
c) A copy of the birth certificate;
d) Copies of degrees, diplomas, and academic transcripts as required for the position, notarized by a competent authority. If the qualifications were issued by foreign institutions, they must be translated into Vietnamese, notarized, and recognized by the Department of Quality Management of the Ministry of Education and Training;
e) A valid health certificate issued by a competent medical authority within the last 6 months.
Notes:
- Temporary graduation certificates or proof of examination completion will not be accepted in place of official diplomas or certificates;
- Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the application form and the legality and validity of submitted documents. Any act of fraud or use of invalid documents will result in disqualification;
- Applicants must submit applications themselves; submissions via third parties will not be accepted;
- Application documents must be submitted in a folder clearly labeled with the applicant’s full name, contact address, phone number, and list of enclosed documents;
- Documents of unsuccessful applicants will not be returned.
III. RECRUITMENT PROCESS, SCORING, AND SELECTION
1. Recruitment Rounds and Scoring
Recruitment will be conducted in two rounds:
a) Round 1: Review of the applicant’s eligibility based on the Application Form and position requirements. Qualified candidates will proceed to Round 2.
b) Round 2: Assessment of professional and technical competence, including:
- IQ test in English for classification before the interview;
- English-language interview to assess professional qualifications, expertise, demeanor, and communication skills.
- Interview will be scored on a 100-point scale;
- No re-evaluation or appeal will be conducted for interview results.
2. Determining Successful Candidates
a) Candidates must score at least 50 points in Round 2 and will be selected based on descending order of scores, within the recruitment quota for each position.
b) In case of a tie at the final slot, the Director of the Center will make the final decision.
c) Unsuccessful candidates will not have their results carried over to future recruitment rounds.
